Delivery Information

All items are normally despatched the same day if ordered before 3:00 pm with the exceptions of Weekends and Bank Holidays.

Each order is carefully processed by hand and packed in a strong transit box.
At the time of placing your order, you will be given full information about your delivery costs.

For UK deliveries we use Royal Mail who provide a 24 or 48 hour Tracked Delivery Service. If they are unable to deliver, they will leave a card with details of your package.

For certain UK Postcodes, European and Worldwide orders we use Royal Mail First Class Signed Service. We have put great effort into keeping delivery charges to the lowest level by considering the weight of the products and the dimensions of our packaging. Most orders, up to 4 products will be covered by the Small Parcel Service.
